TRUE BASE 96An end-to-end e-commerce platform built from scratch for a premium knit basics brand: AI virtual try-on, a made-to-measure ordering flow, Stripe checkout and an admin panel that runs orders, stock, returns and customers in one place.

BeOne PatternsA sewing pattern platform: a Python engine drafts the Essential patterns in nine sizes, XS to 5XL, with a drawn 1 cm seam allowance, and outputs A4 home-print, A0 copy-shop, 90 cm roll and projector files. Shop, Learning Center and Studio in one app, 8 languages.

Generative AI now drafts design visuals in minutes instead of days at TYH; AI agents and RPA bots have taken over routine reporting and data entry, removing 500+ hours of manual work from operations every month.

Across 14 sewing lines, an IoT + MES + ERP stack replaced human reporting — 100,000+ data points transferred at 99.7% accuracy in a three-month test — lifting production productivity 8.02%, packaging 14.21% and overall operations 9.52%. Today these systems run live in two countries — Türkiye and Bulgaria — across 4+ factories and 50+ production lines.

Workforce analytics · Agile productionI started on the floor as a production engineer, built a certified R&D center and led it for five years, and today I lead digital transformation at TYH Tekstil. The systems I built run live in two countries, across more than four factories and fifty production lines.
